Raleigh’s pizza places spread across the city. Four are downtown or on its edge (Wilmington Street, Glenwood Avenue, Person Street and West Morgan Street), two are on the Hillsborough Street and Avent Ferry Road side of NC State, and the rest are along Wake Forest Road, Glenwood Avenue, Millbrook Road and the shopping centers of North Raleigh.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Raleigh’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. We added Capital Pizza Box, a sister shop listed on Oakwood Pizza Box’s own site. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. The places

Brixx Wood Fired Pizza at Bedford Village in North Raleigh makes wood-fired pizza and has a craft bar with local beer, wine and cocktails. It offers dine-in, takeout and catering.

Capital Pizza Box on Wake Forest Road is the sister shop of Oakwood Pizza Box and is listed on the same website. It is open in the evening every day but Tuesday.

DeMo’s Pizzeria & Deli on Glenwood Avenue serves pizza, calzones, salads and sandwiches, and says it delivers up to 8 miles. It stays open until 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Jet’s Pizza has two Raleigh stores, on Wake Forest Road and on Creedmoor Road at Strickland Road. Its store pages offer online ordering for both.

Lilly’s Pizza on Glenwood Avenue in Five Points closes between lunch and dinner every day. Its site lists a weekday lunch special and a bar with beer on tap, wine and whiskey.

Lynnwood Grill on Grove Barton Road is a bar and grill with its own brewery. Its site advertises pizza and wings to go and rooftop seating.

Mikey’s Pizza on Bale Street takes orders through its own site for pickup and delivery. The menu lists pizzas alongside salads and Italian plates such as manicotti.

MOD Pizza on West Millbrook Road builds pizzas to order with unlimited toppings, according to its location page.

Oak City Pizza & Grill on Hillsborough Street near NC State serves pizza, wings, subs and burgers for dine-in, takeout and delivery.

Oakwood Pizza Box on North Person Street is open Wednesday to Sunday, with afternoon hours on weekends. Orders can be placed online for pickup or delivery.

The Pizza Times joined The Raleigh Times Bar and The Morning Times downtown in 2018. It sells pizza by the pie and by the slice for takeout and delivery seven days a week.

Ruckus Pizza opened its first location near NC State in 1999. Its Mission Valley restaurant is open until 2 a.m. daily; the Leesville Towne Centre location in North Raleigh closes at 11 p.m.

Trophy Brewing & Pizza on West Morgan Street brews beer and makes pizza, with daily pizza and appetizer specials. It takes reservations and orders for takeout and delivery.

Vera Pizza & Grill on Capital Boulevard makes pizza and has a grill menu of burgers, pasta, calzones and salads, with online ordering for pickup.
